An exceptional AD is sought for this boutique agency based in Richmond. You will work with blue chips and start up clients with a focus on eCRM and DM.

As the Account Director you will work across a variety of blue-chip and start-up clients delivering DM, digital and CRM campaigns with a data focus. You will lead pitches and proposals and get involved with planning working with the strategic and creative team. The Account Director will be expected to proactively build their client portfolio and build excellent relationships with clients.
To be considered for this Account Director position you will need to have broad integrated agency experience, specifically in core disciplines of date, digital, direct and CRM. You will need to be highly self-motivated and be able to have a strong strategic outlook.
You will possess the ability to motivate internal teams, as well as; dynamic energy, entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude
