    An award winning games studio in Central London seeks a talented Digital Art Worker to optimise and create game assets.

    THE COMPANY

    THE ROLE
    - Deliver and quality check a high volume of graphical elements for games.
    - Re-export existing desktop game assets for tablet and smartphone.
    - Follow the asset pipeline set by the team and contribute to improving this pipeline to ensure you are always following the most efficient path.
    - Optimise game assets for any game concentrating on efficiency of delivery file size and visual quality.
    - Take responsibility for and maintain an organised structure of working files, documents etc. in a way that ensures easy use by co-workers.
    - Communicate with team members and people across the business, to ensure requirements are understood and progress or projects are clear.
    - Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and dedicating the appropriate amount of time to each.

    YOU
    - Have an eye for detail with excellent knowledge and understanding of managing and creating clean production assets.
    - Be fully proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
    - Have the ability to collaborate with developers to realise a product to completion.
    - Strong typography and layout skills.
    - Candidate would benefit from general all round art skills. Showing attributes in colour theory, composition, and digital illustration.
    - Must be very organised and able to adhere to set file structures and templates.
    - Be good at problem solving coupled with a good proactive mentality.
    - Have mobile experience coupled with desktop & tablet experience.
    - Ambitious, motivated and be inspirational to the rest of the team.
    - Can take direction and critique and work in a team.
    - Be passionate about producing the best quality and best performing games on all platforms.
    - Have a good understanding of the multi-platform online world and stay up to date with new advances.
    - Working knowledge of the following software - Spine, Texture Packer as well as any image optimisation tools experience.
    - Requires good understanding of image optimisations, differences in between file formats, experience with preparing game assets for development.
    Knowledge of HTML, CSS or an enthusiasm to learn the basics highly beneficial
